Step 3 — Proposal: If the project is a good fit, we prepare a detailed written proposal with a clear scope of work, fixed-price milestones, deliverables, and a realistic timeline. No vague estimates. No surprise costs. Everything spelled out before any work begins.
Step 4 — Decision on Your Terms: You review the proposal, ask questions, and decide if you want to move forward. We do not chase or pressure. If the timing is not right, we will still be here when it is.
